Do you service my area?

In order for me to give you an accurate answer I will need some more information. Please fill out our form at hcicomm.net/service-inquiry/ within 2 business days our IT department will let us know what service plans are available in your area. Once we have that information we will give you a call and let you know what plans are available and how much it would cost.

When are you guys going to come out and do the signal test?

We are currently a few weeks behind on signal tests. Our technicians work 7 days a week and we are doing our best to get out to each and every possible customer.

Do you offer TV service?

At this time we do not. However, we love our customers so much we have created a “TV Options” page on our website (located in the “Plans” drop down menu), there you can find different apps that let you watch all your favorite shows without having a cable bill.

We however are currently working on this option so stay tuned!

Does your service support gaming and/or movie streaming?

Besides our student plan, all our service plans support streaming and/or gaming.

What speeds do your plans offer?

Please fill out our form at hcicomm.net/contact-us/ within 2 business days our IT department will let us know what service plans are available in your area. Once we have that information and we can do a signal test we can tell you what your speeds would be.

Can I cancel and/or change my plan?

We give you the freedom to do what you want. We do NOT have contracts* or bundles so call anytime to change and/or cancel your plan.

Do you have data caps?

We do NOT have data limits on our prime program, use all you want.

How does your internet work?

HCI is connected to the internet via what could be called a wireless fiber connection – two towers aimed directly at each other and communicating at very high speeds. See more at How It Works

Go to hcicomm.net/pay to pay with a credit or debit card. To set up reoccurring billing call (866) 251-4902.
