We refuse to block lawful content, applications, services, or non-harmful devices, subject to reasonable network management. We do not block consumers from accessing lawful websites, subject to reasonable network management; nor do we block applications that compete with the provider’s voice or video telephony services, subject to reasonable network management.
We also reject bandwidth throttling. This means we refuse to degrade, impair, or slow down your internet service for any reason including regulating network traffic and minimizing bandwidth congestion.
We do not take any part in practices that directly or indirectly favors some customers over other customers. These practices include traffic shaping, prioritization, or resource reservation to benefit an affiliate, including identification of the affiliate.

Application Specific Behavior
We do not block or rate-control specific protocols or protocol ports, modify protocol fields in any way. HCI does not block or rate-control specific protocol ports, modify protocol fields … etc.
Device Attachment Rules
Only radios installed by a qualified Georgia Highspeed Country Internet, LLC technician will be allowed on the network. Any device capable of connecting to an Ethernet port or to a WiFi access point connected to an ethernet port may connect to the CPE Router.
Georgia Highspeed Country Internet, LLC employs a NAT structure for the majority of our customers. However, all customers are responsible to ensure their devices are protected with a firewall and anti-virus software. Any customer with a public IP address will be given 1 Private address behind a DMZ. Customers with Public IP addresses are warned and cautioned to be even more vigilant about their network security than customers who are behind a NAT structure.
Georgia Highspeed Country Internet, LLC provides fixed wireless broadband. We use a combination of Fiber Optic, unlicensed and licensed spectrum to deliver the services to the customer.
