As a friendly reminder, payment is due the 1st of every month. If we receive payment by the 5th of every month you avoid an automatic disconnect. Please note that there will be a $10 reinstatement fee to reactivate your Internet if it is disconnected due to non payment. Once payment is received then we will reinstate your service within one business day as it is not an automatic process.
